Has directed a TV series in Hindi called Love Stories. One of the telefilms among these, VAPASI, was adapted by Mr. Ashutosh Gowariker and made into a major feature film ‘SWADES’ starring Shah Rukh Khan.

Has acted in several films in the lead in Kannada films. Among them are ‘Mysoora Mallige’ and ‘Devara Kaadu’

Regularly conducts workshops in filmmaking, directing techniques and broadcast histrionics at several institutions in India and abroad.
